I agree.. Can you really do this? If you can't you should just watermark the images with your domain. Then their hard work will give you more traffic.
I'm going to think about it. I'm not sure if I should show close up shemale sex or some way to profit from it. Haven't decided. I want to report them to clickbank first just to see if they can get a monetary spanking first.
I cant believe theyd be stupid enough to copy your domain in the first place. Then more stupid to hotlink the images. Im angry for you! Best of luck with getting them back mate!
Do contact Clickbank. I know from experience that they will notify the person copying your stuff. I don't know how they will go about handling it though if they don't fix it. Probably terminate their account.
I know, my black hat thinking cap flew off the shelf when I saw that guy's post. I was thinking I could redirect all the forum, myspace and blog traffic in the world to my site using a simple 1x1 pixel gif... hmmm.... Too bad you aren't using PHP to dynamicly generate the images because then you could really mess with the thief !!! I run a big blog directory and when losers add their porn blogs despite the signup page which clearly states no porn or casino blogs, I alter the tracking image to be a bright red graphic that says "SmutMaster".
the IM-GONNA-REPORT-YOUR-ANIME-SITE-TO-THE-CIA-CUZ-I-DONT-LIKE-IT guy is pissed at someone else? Very ironic. Try reporting his site, too.
I never heard of hotlinking till now, wow you learn something everyday, I hope you figure something out supper
All you have to do is contact clickbank and tell them whats up and his entire clickbank id will be suspended and canceled forever
OMFG! DO IT Then blog about it! I would for sure stumble and digg such story! Even link to it from my blogs
Question is this guy selling your product through ClickBank, and just mirroring you site. If so SO WHAT if he stole your product too... then Tell ClickBank... send a ping bom and protect your images.
There is a site called copyscape. It's a site that protects you from copyright infringement and online plagerism. You can use it for any future problems. For now I would change the pictures and then use copyscape.
It's not my product. I made a sales page to sell someone elses product and he came in and copied mine. I think what I'll do is change it to some porn pic and than report to his host that he has adult pics on his site.
