I don't think anyone will do it for $10. Just use free methods and if there is "very less competition" as you said, it should be relatively easy.

you need traffic and the easy way is to buy signature links in forums like dp.

For starters, most of the things you need for low demand KWs are right here. Pop "SEO basics" into the search and see what pops up. Aaron Wall's SEO Book is another great resource to get you going.

SEO isnt a one day job, you need to study your site using SEO tools, study the keyword density and accordingly choose a keyword. Also check if meta tags are in its proper place. Backlinks from quality sites also help. Visitors are most important thing

 

Why do you think getting ranked #1 is so easy and can be done in $10 ??
