I'm patient, but EzineArticles is Slow This Week!

Its all good though. I did a test last week and submitted 5 articles to quite a large number of "other" article directories. The results were abysmal. It just wasn't worth the time when I could have been working on articles for EA. So I will be patient and wait! But has anyone else noticed that EA is a bit slower this week?

What directories you tried? To be honest I had some kind of success with Hubpages, not so big as with EA, but still.

Yeah, I do use hubpages as they do generate some traffic. I tried a bunch of smaller ones and some bigger ones such as GoArticles, etc.

Use anything that ranks well, and other stuff for backlinks.

EA, Squidoo, Hubpages, Blogger, Wordpress.com, and a lot of other stuff, as long as it ranks well... and all of those sites rank like nothing else.

I just use a automatic submitting software so it submits to around 50 article sites just with a press of a button so it takes zero effort to do it, however I don't see any traffic from the other article directories, 99% of the traffic comes from ezinearticles, but posting it in several directories may have a benefit from a link-building standpoint, although I'm not sure about this

Are you basic, basic plus, platinum? As a basic plus author I have been getting my articles approved the next day this whole week, for me an increase in speed.

Little slowers than usual. I usually have things accepted about 45minutes after they're submitted, but now it's taking just over an hour.

Personally i've used Ezine Articles for a very long time now ... have submited quite alot of articles back in my Articles Submission days. But Ezine Artilces is the single and most preffered article directory with Article Marketers increasing Chris and the team might be finding it difficult to manage all the Articles and approve them.

Unlike so many other sub standard article directories which have the articles on auto approve I guess Ezine Articles have a good approval criteria and they want to maintain the quality content on the website. " less duplication" though I really don't see why chriss encourages people to get inspiration from old ezine articles within the niche.

Anyways, I hope that answers your question, if it does then don't forget to + Rep

    Thanks & Regards

Mine are getting approved the same as always, if not faster. No slow downs on my end with eZineArticles

Ye EA is bit slower. All articles are reviewed by humans at EA. I am sure they are getting thousands of articles every day.

Got some approved today. Some still in queue. Either way, I'm happy because I love EAs results.

two articles friday - Both rejected yesterday, fixed - rejecetd again - lightning fast! One article had the phrase bull**** in it << I added the **** didn't actually type it - ezine says: Excessive use of profanity on one - and 'we don't allow you to promote your company' on the other - My reviewer loves me as you can see... readjust and resubmit guys - when you don't get approved it COULD mean that you did a great job - and ezine has clicks/ads to worry about for their $ too....

I've noticed it's been slower than usual on certain categories, yet other categories I've wrote for this week are getting approved as they normally do.

Ok.....NOW I'm noticing the slowness of this week....Submitted articles over two days ago and still haven't got approved. My articles keep piling up over here. I heard that they are making some changes over there, but hopefully they can get everything taken care of so I can get these articles approved :)

Platinum is the way to go .. just 10 articles and then you get the platinum status that allows you to get reviewed in about 24 hours in most cases.

They SAY 10 articles gets you Platinum status, but it's not true - I've seen people with 50-60 articles who are still Basic Plus.....
