im out raged at google

I honestly feel with Google's move away from customer service, lack of phone support, and canned email responses, they are eventually going to be overtaken by a competitor. Think about it, customer service is key, and once your business stops providing quality customer service, it's all down hill from there. 1 bad customer service extends to 10 other people, so they just keep shooting themselves in teh foot.

Google is like a big bull in a china shop. The fact is, they're needed by us and, as such, we'll use them. I don't believe that their customer service should be replicated, but they drive a lot of businesses.

Far more people make money on Adwords than lose money - why do you think it's so popular with advertisers? They've now alienated one small percentage of adwords users (affiliates).

I am one of many people that I know of who have learned the adwords system, and make very good money from it.

So, I reiterate - you're an idiot.
