Dieting alone doesn't do much if you don't sweat. It's better to eat more and exercise more rather than be a couch potato and eat nothing as well. A moderation of both would definitely boost anyone's weight loss goals.
My friend tried to lose weight but not on diet. How much food you eat, you don't excise that is not going to work. I believe, eat less at each meal will help little bit on lose weight, plus go to gym!!!
fats from mixed nuts are good for health, decreasing the cholesterol level...if they aren't roasted though you have to eat them only in small quantities
