Im not sure what to do about this?

    I have a site that has gotten NO traffic from yahoo for 1yr
    i have asked for resubmission several times...
    i get mostly msn and some google traffic

    so my question is

    if i get a new domain and move the content and 301 the old domain
    will the yahoo penality affect the new domain?
    (the new domain is getting traffic from all 3 se's)

    of should i move the content over, dump the first domain and start ALL over with the new domain..

    Any idea's?
