I need some type of account manager or outsourcing organizer - I don't know what to call it. You can be a company or just an individual that knows how to get things done! I don't care if you are in America or India or Timbuktu...as long as you can help me with my business projects. Please read through the entire ad before responding - I need someone that can take care of EVERYTHING for me, I don't want any responses that say "I can do #1 and #3 or anything like that. I need someone that can handle ALL of the tasks that I need done for ALL of my clients. Do not respond unless you can manage the entire list of tasks. Again, you can just be the "organizer" of the jobs - I don't care. You can even put ads up here on DP to outsource each of the jobs and make money just for organizing. I just need someone that I can trust to DO EVERYTHING on the list for my clients - only respond if you can do that. We can discuss payment arrangements and trust factors later - first just let me know if you KNOW that you can take on this long-term job. This can turn into a VERY lucrative, long term business relationship. Details: I have a client list of 500+ businesses and hundreds more clients coming in. These are all "brick and mortar" businesses that have websites online. There are many different types of businesses including restaurants, doctors, lawyers, jewelers, carpet cleaners, dentists, chiropractors and more. These are my clients but I need help with some of the work. I have a list of tasks that I need done for each business. TASKS: 1) I need one 500+ word article written about the business. The article can talk about what the business type does and some other "filler" information. The main keyword phrases will just be the business type and the location - I will explain more later but basically if the business is a restaurant in Houston then the main keyword phrase will be "restaurant in Houston" or "Chinese restaurant in Houston". The publisher's box will mention that the article was prepared by (link to my website) for (link to business website). 2) The Article will need to be submitted to the top 20 article directories. You will need your own accounts with the article directories and will need to do manual submissions. (You come up with the list of top directories but will have to include EZA, Article Base, etc. and I will have to approve the list.) 3) The Article will also need to be submitted for distribution on iSnare.com. (Check their website if you aren't familiar with them. You will need your own account and you will pay the $1 or whatever the cost is for distribution.) 4) I need one 200+ word Press Release about the business. Can use the same details/basic information from the article previously written. 5) The Press Release will need to be submitted to the top 20 Press Release websites. You will need your own accounts with the PR websites and will need to do manual submissions. (You come up with the list of top websites and I will approve the list) 6) I need the business' website bookmarked on the top 50 Social Bookmarking websites. Again, you will need your own accounts - you come up with the list. The content must be written in perfect English with no spelling or grammar mistakes. I will approve the article and press release prior to distribution. I want detailed records of the article distribution, press release distribution and social bookmarking. I want at least ten businesses done each day but I would prefer more. I guess it just depends on you being able to find people that can do the work. This is going to be an ongoing, long term job. I having clients coming out my "you know what" so I don't see this partnership ending any time soon. I need someone that is reliable, experienced and smart. I am paying $30 for each business. I am receiving many replies to this ad but when you reply, please note that you or your company are able to do ALL SIX of the tasks listed. I would actually appreciate it if you could mention each of the six tasks and let me know that you know what each is and can definitely do it. I only have two decent candidates so far. I am actually willing to pay an additional $5 per business ($35) to the right person - especially if you can do more than 10 businesses per day!! Thanks!
