    I find Google More reliable in this manner
    It gets sites indexed more faster than Yahoo

    try to submit your website in yahoo directory by suggest url in yahoo and also submit sitemap as well

    I submitted my site to yahoo as well but am not indexed in it (been about a month), I was indexed in Google in about 3 days. Just trying to build up more back links.
