Well here it goes..

My site http://www.quickunblocker.com/ if you view the page you will notice I get ads relating to Net Nanny & Child Safety Products, any idea on how I could make these more proxy orientated?

Thats because, you have very little content and lots of outgoing link in that page..

1.
here i see a child safety ad
directly relevant to your site ( proxy has to do with child safety )

2.
you have NONE of the Google published successful formates and thus never can expect much with adsense

3.
your site loads MUCH too slow >> too many icons or too slow server
I would never have fully loaded that page if it weren't for your post here!

Hm ok, previous proxy sites Ive owned had more proxy orientated ads.
Guess I will try and focus more on the word proxy.
Also will put the topsite links in a frame to improve the page loading time.

<!-- google_ad_section_start -->
Your Contents..
<!-- google_ad_section_end -->

You need to add more content to your site. When there is not much content, google just displays random ads.

I see a bunch of sex offender ads.

I'm not sure what you are expecting from a site like this. What ads would you like Google to display? Who are your visitors and what kind of ads would they be likely to click on?

If most of your visitors are interested in finding sex offenders in their area, then you've got a winner. Otherwise you have a loser. Your CTR is going to be dismal.

you need to do some serious work on the only paragraph of content that you have on the site.
