Nonsense. It is false that high CTR is bad. High CTR is very good, unless the clicks are fraudulent. If you have had a low CTR for a long time and suddenly it increases significantly, then you should be concerned becasue it might mean fraudulent clicks -- or it might not.
You need more traffic. Don't click your own ads. The big rumor around here is Adsense will ban you if you traffic and CTR spikes. That's total BS. A lot of people on here click their own ads and have friends and family click them. That's why they have 40% CTR, and that's why they get banned. No other reason.
