I'm not bumping my threads!!

I keep receiving infractions for bumping my threads, when in actuality, I am lowering the BIN for domains that I am selling! How else am I supposed to let bidders know that the BIN has dropped? I am getting very frustrated, and quite frankly I think it's ridiculous that posting: "BIN dropped to $150" is considered a bump, when I've seen people post "---bump---"
