    Comment on related blogs, and add the site to social networking sites such as digg, stumbleupon and others. Those are easy steps to start with.

    Dude you are doing a good job! commenting on forums is really a good way to promote your site. i really liked your site its cool. i don't think you will need to do much things to make it popular.

    I think your blog can get more visitors on social sites as people visit on social media for get some refreshment. Update your site content for a regular interval and send the link on social sites. Try to get some relevant backlinks from related blogs.

    To increase the visits and make your blog more popular go through for daily posting on your blog and to increase the cache of your blog after make a posting ping your blog. sure you are able to get a good amount of traffic for your blog.

    Try to SEO your site to a Google #1 PR. There are many things you can add to your site to achieve this: images, videos, original content, links, backlinks, RSS Feeds, comment section, blog section, etc.

    There is no defined way to promote blog. Different people prefer different techniques. Its up to you what techniques you prefer.I would say if your blog content are worth reading, then surely you will get visitors. Try above said techniques.
