4 years ago i didnt learn english seo, i surfed ur forum to fing some new seo ideas, scripts etc. Ive started interesting in english seo only now.
You can actually find most of the answers to your questions by typing them as a query on Google. Anyhow, if you really are up to learning SEO the hard way you can, you can visit SEOmoz for most of the quality references.
follow the same rule what you have been following for russian sites. There is no new technology for optimising English sites.
