I'm new to dp and I'm having problems setting up my account

Hi, My name is Johnn Rotnem, a.k.a. Crazy J or Johnny Hollywood.
I am a American comedian living in Germany and now venturing into the Internet arena.
I am looking to make friends and learn from others with experience and share what I
can that will benefit others.

Can anyone help me?

I am trying to set up my profile and continuously have problems uploading a pic for my profile.

I have tried a 75x75 version and a 100x100 version and always get an "upload failed" message. And 90% of the time,
if something requires me to enter the captcha code, it says string doesn't match, although I've treied several times
being 100% sure to type in the right text (or audio sentence).

Where do I go on DP to get assistance?

I have read the FAQ's and unfortunately didn't find anything there with a solution to my problems.
I hoping for some more technical help.
Any other suggestions?

are you sure? it works just fine for me... you have 2 possibilities:
-upload from your computer
-upload via a link

Hello. I can tell you that the code you have to enter is very tricky, sometimes it takes me few times to get it right. I don't know why they made it so unreadable...
