I'm new and I think I'm being scammed by Adsense

Hey guys,
I just got into adsense yesterday and I've made about $72 so far. However, I was looking at my report for yesterday and it said:
Page views: 1796
Clicks: 37
Page CTR: 2.05%
Page RPM: $0.86
CPC: $0.04
Estimated Earnings: 1.24

Now, I'm really confused. Shouldn't I be getting 37(.04) + (1796/1000)(.86) which is $3.02?
I also put a video up that got about 150,000 views so far and I only got $70. What's going on?

 

Looks fine to me, you're adding your CPC and RPM together which is wrong.

 

($0.04) x 37 Clicks = $1.48

There should be some invalid clicks. Like 2 clicks from 1 IP.

 

Why am I not getting money from the page RPM by the way? Same thing happened yesterday, I just got the update. All the clicks x CPC is less than what I got and I don't think I got anything for RPM.

 

RPM is what you make per 1000 views

 

so that comes out of the CPC then? it just calculates what you earned and tells you what you made on average each 1000 views?

 

It doesn't come out of CPC, its based on your CPC and your clicks. It tells you what your averaging per 1000 ad views. For example if you just had 1000 ad views instead of 1796 you would of likely earned $.86

 

AdSense is scamming? No way, man, your stats are okay.

 

Invalid clicks can cause this kind of statistic. Adsense does not scam.

yes, the RPM is just the same as CPC and CTR, just another way to look at your site's performance
