I don't think a lot of people understand. If your website or even your personality is the type that attracts people who make fraudulent clicks, regardless of the reason, YOU fall in to the high risk category and google will ban you to protect their advertisers. While there certainly are some unfortunate circumstances where someone is banned for being innocent *usually* when someone is banned it's deserved. Someone who owns a LEGIT website with legit content and ads deserves to be banned if he/she is attracting visitors who want to massively click every ad to get them banned. It's a "niche" or client that google just doesn't want to deal with. If you owned an Ad Network and you had a client with a content rich web site but every day hundreds of people would make fraudulent clicks to try to get him banned you would have no choice but to shut down his account to protect your advertisers. Now would you care if the client emails you saying "no0o0o0o0o0.. dont ban meeeee!11!. My site is very goods. Content so good. It waz my friend Billy who has a similar website trying to get me banned and he got his friends (also competitors of mine) to click the ads"???? You probably would just send him a template response indicating that his site is a high risk.
Definatley would report it to Google should your account get banned then they will at least have some sort of ticket on file to aid in getting your account reinstated again.
This is my simple opinion, place the same ads ( the same ads code from your terrorized website) into your other website that has big traffic, if you have many website with big traffic it will make your click seem natural because the comparison of click and page view will look natural.
lol... If someone ever told you they are going to keep on clicking on your ads it's probably because you asked them to click on them. OR if it's someone "out to get you" you shouldn't be associating with people like that to jeopardize the quality of googles ad network. You deserve to be banned.
It's better if you don't show your website/s to your enemies do as I do and for now I think you should take the ads for a while... Honestly I think you should keep a close look on your website. Good luck man
why someone has bigger site care much about you?? If I'm on the top, I won't care much about the one below me. if he told you he can do that, why don't you do the same?? he must be worried more than you ^^
My advice is to use maybe google analitics to see exactly from where your clicks come from, if you notice to many repetitive clicks from the same area/ip then most likely is someone that either wants to help you make money ( and doesn't know the rules ) or wants to get ur account suspended. They are many plugins for wordpress that can block an ip to visit you site. If its not natural clicks, BLOCK THAT IP. it will get your account suspended. Hope this helps Regards
I had a similar problem in the past... Google sent me a warning and suspended ad serving on my site due to invalid clicks so I sent them a screenshot of the PM my "competitor" sent me that he is going to click on my ads and get my account banned. Google then unsuspends my account and everthing is back to normal.
Check your Adsense account regularly. Check there if any unusual activities. Use some tracking tools to find out the IP address. If you get the suspicious click, ban the IP address and report it to Google.
Google has means of monitoring this sort of thing. I think its called Click bombing or something like that. I had an issue years ago and I emailed them and they did respond and take car of the issue.
if you are using wordpress then i have heard that there is a plugin that hides ads from the user who once clicked your ad. search google and you will find out.
