In the past I've used isnare.com to distribute articles I have written. I was just doing a title search of an article and I noticed that there are blogs who have my article posted without the resource box. Is there an THREATING email template I can send to the webmasters who are posting my articles without giving me (more importantly, my site) credit....
If politely asking them to include the resource box doesn't work, send a DMCA notice. If your terms for republishing your article include keeping the resource box intact, then they are infringing your copyright by not complying with your license.
One way that you can claim and report that blog to webmaster and also don't forget to put there your comment so other reader as well get idea how that blog posting.
I would read the terms and conditions of the individual article directories first and see if you CAN actually complain. It may be that they can do what they want, if they can't then send them a polite email and keep chasing it up. Good luck
I have had this happen to me with every single article I written appearing on countless blogs and sites with my links replaced with their own. Considered sending them DMCA notices but debating whether it's time well spent. How many marketers actually have the ethics to do the right thing, the longer I spend in this field the more it slaps you in the face
