Kellogg, If a company is scamming it's customers, this is not really Google's responsibility. There are official agencies for dealing with it (here in the Uk its called the Office of fair trading) and you should go through those. As pointed out by Dshah. Google does not (yet) rule the world. But I'd suggest you keep complaining to Google. When I complained to them (about fraudulent clicks, a kind of scam) they at first did nothing but then after some time credited my account.
I have not read all the replys but have read some. my main competier is gaydar.co.uk there massive but thay over charge for there membership the customer dose not get value for money yea i would say thay are scaming ppl the fact that there one of the largest gay dating sites in the world means nothin.
