I'm looking very honest domain registrar

I buy all my domains from namecheap.com and have never had a problem with anything. You can usually find a coupon online to knock a couple of bucks off.

 

I suggest you buy domain from offshore company coz it will protect our privacy such as ccihosting company.

 

I admit GoDaddy is very cluttered but I feel that have efficient and honest service. There's probably alot of quality control going on over there. I don't use just one however. I try out many and use many different hosting companies also. It's like dating until you find the perfect women (is there such a thing? )

 

Whatever you chose that is impossible to sy about your feelings beforehand

I'd say Namecheap as well. I've been with them for years, I was with GoDaddy before that but oh they were useless and horrible. Namecheap has never given me any trouble and they have good promotions and sometimes contests as well. Also, if you need help with anything, their support team gets back to you really quick.

 

Goadddy, Name.com, MyDomain & Dynadot are all quite decent. Godaddy is expensive though but for some reason lots of people like putting their names there. Don't know why.

 

I am very surprised that you said you are not happy with godaddy. I have been using them since 2010 and never had complaints. And as pointed out above you can also get very cheap name with coupon. You can also try namecheap or 007name

 

I would suggest namesilo.com as they are selling domains at a very cheap rate. I somewhere saw that they are the fifth largest domain registrar. You may purchase .com domains only at $8.99 and can save $1 using coupon code "ONEDOLLARLESS" . They offer free lifetime whois privacy, godaddy charges extra for this. They provides wild dns records and godaddy charges extra calling it premium dns. there are other things that i should mention like extra tier of security and more. Well, i said a lot about them and sound like i'm selling their product. I previously with godaddy, then moved to namecheap and now transferred all of my domains to namesilo. I'm happy. they also provide many payment options. i'm not saying that godaddy is bad but i don't like their pricing policy. i'm using hosting services from godaddy and i love it but for domain, i have to say they are not the best. The decision is yours.

I would say Name.com, NameCheap.com. Both registrar offer domain registration at reasonable price without spamming the users with unwanted advertisement.

To me ads are not a big deal for domain registrations. I personally use a range of registrar including Godaddy, 123-reg, internet.bs and many others to take advantage of their promotions.

Honesty seems to have gone out of fashion nowadays. But godaddy should work if you are smart enough to not fall into their trap (like auto filling the number of years while renewing, mailing you with useless discount offers, trying to cross sell all the crap they have, etc.)

 

dynadot is your best bet trust me their very honest
