Buying Im looking to buy a website for printed items

Hi.
I looking to buy a website and shopping cart for my new buisness which is selling personalized printed items.
I have added a links below for samples only of the idea im looking for.
Especially the part where the buyer can add there information, image and text type what they would like on there product, i forget what this part of the site/proccess is called.

Select and item then on the left of the selcted item you will see the options im talking about they are Print layout, Image,text.

Would Joomla do this?
What shopping cart is the best?

Any other advice anyone point me in the correct direction with this would be appreciated if no one has any of these style of sites for sale.
