I'm looking for some help with website coding

I've always been using Shopify to help create websites and they've always done my coding for me. I'm looking to move off Shopify and expand to different platforms but the only problem I have is that I have zero coding experience. Can anyone help with some advice to start off? What's the starter pack for all this?

 

You will need hosting, I think shared hosting will be enough.
You can get this for about 3$ to 5$ per month
Domain(s), you probably already have.

Coders can be hired here or on sites like freelancer
Most will use a pre-made script and will customize it.
Scripts like Magento, zencart etc should be ok.
Some might even use wordpress with an ecommerce plugin.
Might cost something around $200 to $300, little more or less.

What are your coding needs?

 

General website development, I was just looking for a cheap option which provides quality and helps me sell to my customer better than Shopify, by giving me versatility

So many hosts are providing wordpress hosting these days, like hostgator.
You can google for more "wordpress hosting"
I'm not sure, but I think ecommerce plugins are not free with wordpress. Wordpress is free, but ecommerce plugins might cost you.

WordPress is FREE. WooCommerce(its plugin for E-Commerce) is FREE. Themes are FREE.
but you need the help of a developer and it doesn't take much as well.
it might cost you from $50 to $500 depending on the design.
