you should try exoclick..i get about 0.90$ cpm from thailand traffic

p.s. its not always about the rate its mostly about fill rate..a network with real 100% fill rate and lower cpm will always earn you more then a high cpm with low fill rate or bad frequency cap like 1/24

 

Exoclick is a good ad network. I get a 0.3 to 0.5 CPM and a valid display. Of course I am very satisfied. But today the CPM is only 0.15.
