What kind of chemical plant? What will make it thrive while others are struggling today? Where is it to be located? Or is it already operational? Is this in the form of a hard money loan? (% IRR) Or equity (% ownership)? Thanks

In today's political climate, you don't post for investors in a "Chemical Plant" on a webmaster forum (When there are related forums with professionals that know what a chemical factory does), and you certainly don't make it look even more shady by posting it up with a pirates skull as an avatar...unless you really just want to look like an unprofessional noob.
