im looking for good free css template sites

    found these 2 so far they are pretty good, but the templates are kinda simple.
    you have to pay for the premium templates.

    www.free-css.com and www.freelayouts.com

    please post your template sites. Im looking for templates with good rollover navigation

    Most free css sites have the same simple templates, you could check out wordpress templates ( http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/ ), most of them are pure css with slightly better design

    Most free CSS as well does not look very professional as well.
    Sometimes you have to pay for quality.

    im a designer and can customise the graphics so the quality is not an issue.

    All im looking for are some decent rollover navigation, not just underline links.
