1plus.net will allow you to create a minisite rather than a parked page. Something like that might be effective.
if it is traffic that ppl sell on DP (autosurf and popunders) then forget about monetizing they don't work
try sedo, namedrive , optimize right keywords and park the domain. just see for a week in both how the revenues perform and select the right option, sedo has advanced program as well.

How do they allow you to create the mini-site? Is it just content that is used over and over again? I am curious about this method while I try and build some of my domains up.
There is no magic automatic method even with 1plus If you go drop the domains and wait to give you fruits it will not work It needs customization to differenciate your content from all the others
