    I was making $10 on a good day with paypopup.com just something that I just leave to make money still that's $280 per month for doing nothing apart from looking at status both earnings and traffic and making sure the site hasn't gone offline.

    Have you heard of Pay Per Play? View my signature link.

    They will play 5 secs audio ad on your page. Might be annoying, but give it a try, the CPM rate is good.

    The first 2 cpm banner ad networks here that are reviewed pay via paypal I believe. Not 100% sure if they still do, but would think so. Best to check on their site, I normally receive my monthly earnings from them via Check, but am very sure they also pay via paypal. They are reputable and are top tier networks.

    I use them on my entertainment site. They pay me around $0.40 - $0.80 CPM per banner ad. I use 3 different banner ad formats per page which is allowed. This gives me around $1.20 - $2.40 CPM on overal page earnings. Not bad, and I even don't use popups as I don't like them.
