It's really easy to get approved for a CPA account. Once you submit your application pick up the phone and call them. They really like that and it saves them some work later on. Even if you don't have a website, just have a solid idea of how you want to promote. Whether that be media buying or printing off flyers in your local town, just tell them what you want to do. You shouldn't be turned down unless you have absolutely no idea what the word marketing means or you are not a people person.

There business model is risky so they have to take care of lot of things. I know some may say I am exaggerating but you should decide it yourself. And I am not referring to tiny networks with 200 offers. But if you are from USA then you have a huge advantage.
