Hi, I looked through some of the campaigns on IncentaClick http://www.incentaclick.com and I can see that there are some ebooks and cds. If you join, you can see what it pays for what action. Seems like a really good deal although I'm new to this so I may not be understanding it properly. It looks like you get paid a lot more than what the customer pays. Anyways, you can check it out and see if there is any program that is good for your site. The reason why it's in my sig is because our company is doing SEO for them. If you find it's good, let me know. Maybe it's an avenue to explore some more income.
