I'm looking for a WP theme designer

    Hello.. I'm looking for a WordPress theme designer that can do the following:
    • create the design based on the layout that I will give
    • create a custom header image for my blog
    • code the design (must be valid XHTML/CSS!)

    I already got someone to do the design, now I only need a person to code it. Seller, how much would you charge for PSD -> WordPress XHTML/CSS?
