Im looking for a script/template

I am looking for a template/script that is used for editing a site. Ive seen it used on a site but don't know what its called. The editor of the site can login on a separate page and then view the site. When they are viewing a page the content of the page is displayed in a text box for editing. All the options for the page are changed using radio buttons or check boxes etc. At the bottom of the page there would be a save and preview button. Basically the editor changes all the content without using an html editor.

If you know what this is called or know of a script that does this that would be much appreciated.

 

Figured it out. They are called Content Management Systems (CMS) PHP-Nuke is an example.
