Here are my two cents-
Design: You can improve a bit. The banner is half as long as it should be (assuming that you do not want to place a banner ad next to it).
Ad-placement: Page is slightly overloaded with ads. Less is more when it comes to ad placement.

I think the logo font is a bit distracting, perhaps something with smoother lines?

 

Design is nice. Maybe you should center the logo or extend it to full width.

Yes I agree. U need to retouch your logo.

 

Logo has been touched up and site has been improved more feedback would be great.....

 

Good design, increase the navigation speed and none otherthan this everything is O.K
