    I'm looking to start a business which will involve the spontaneous hiring of a PHP coder. I'm looking to get one person who I can have dedicated to working for me on a spontaneous basis.

    You need to be able to:

    -Contact back within 24 hours
    -Have Email and some sort of instant messenger
    -Has previous examples they made they can show me
    -Have in depth knowledge of PHP
    -Has an ability and willingness to go beyond what is needed and fix things that are found after the initial completion
    -Is reliable and has a good amount of positive I-Trader
    -Needs to be fluent in English
    -Reliability is a must
    -Ability and knowledge of connecting to a FTP server to send completed files
