Let me get this straight... You are looking for someone to volunteer their time to help build up your forum, monitor it, keep it spam free... and IF the site ever makes money you will then share some? Sign me up! (joking) A bit of advice. If you are looking for someone to do all those things, you really need to pay them upfront... Never require/request a volunteer mod to make so many posts a day... Your best bet is to ask some of your top users of your forum. They are the most likely to be interested.
