    I didn't find any Wordpress themes, but i found this custom script on codecanyon that looks almost exactly like that site.

    You can probably find a wordpress theme by searching for "Wordpress travel theme" or similar.

    In my 4 years of blogging I've never seen a theme like that, it must be a custom design. You'll have to pay someone to get a design like that.
