yes, that is exactly what i want: i need the functionality to be same as the facebook, the messages should be posted using ajax, and shown at the page right after they posted, a button to add a YouTube Video to the post (which will be shown exactly as facebook shows it ) a button to add a link to your post (this also will be shown exactly as facebook) also there would need to be optiion to reply to the messages posted as seen at facebook. this is really a small job, so the payment would need to be small as the job.
