1. Need to login to your phpmyadmin and clear Jos-session link for Phpmyadmin like that: http:// joomquery.com/phpmyadmin 2. use FTP empty folder called tmp on your site. 3. download lastest joomla version and upload Overwrite to your joomla site. goodluck
