I'm looking for a Dynamic Sitemap program/generator for a dynamic site

Seems like most Sitemap programs I've seen has a limit, are for php or are for static pages.

I'm looking for Dynamic Sitemap program/generator that does the following:

1) works with asp.net 2.0
2) does not have a limit
3) dynamically updates the sitemap as the site grows
4) creates dynamic sitemaps good for forums and other dynamic sites
5) works with google, yahoo and all other main search engines

Any help with the above will be greatly appreciated.

Also a question - I've seen some sites that once you post an article to them, the article you submit is on google instantly and you see "4 hours ago" on google how is this achieved? Seems like my links take days or weeks to show on google and not hours.

I think you have to create it by yourself .

 

If you want it to automatically update your sitemap as you add a new page... Then you need to roll your own or use some CMS system with a builtin plugin.

However, if you would be satisfied with e.g. scheduling scan once a month/week/day/whatever, then A1 Sitemap Generator may be for you. If you are having troubles with large website, please check this configuration guide, it will make a huge difference when using A1SG.
