If someone offered Unlimited Traffic for such a low price, it's not really Unlimited. Also, 'Unmetered' is a more appropriate word to use.
None of the companies you mention reallygive unlimited traffic. OVH has a TOS that cuts you down to super slow speeds if you peak over 5mbs. You won't get 100mb speed.
I know this is a *little bit* out of your budget, but 1paket out of Germany has great 100mbit unmetered boxes at a great price. They are excellent, used them before.

Dear, What you (the topic starter) might not really understand, is that these people do not offer 100mbit with unlimited traffic. They offer servers with a 100mbit network card in it. These are the standard network cards in most older servers. Servers are then put with 100s on a single gbit connection, with speeds like 1 / 5mbit guaranteed. This is RIPPING off in a legal way. As it is totally legal for them to do this, they have got a clear disclaimer telling you about it. But it is NOT 100mbit with unlimited traffic, infact, a 10mbit connection would even do more than what they guarantee.
