I've had it with PayPal. I'm keeping my personal PP account but my business account is actively looking elsewhere for credit card transaction processing. Their fees are highway robbery and with as many times as I've had to call their customer service line over the last month or two I'm sure they are glad to see me go. I called my bank and got a hold merchant banking person. A couple of days later he and I walked through my whole business model, that was Thursday. Tomorrow I should be hearing back from the bank underwriters. Got my fingers crossed cause then I'll be able to use Authorize.Net or another similar provider which costs much less PayPal. Well, I hope that takes care of incoming payments but I'm still up in the air about outgoing payments to vendors and service providers.... Xoom maybe? Or Moneybookers? Or AlertPay? Any others that are good? Once I get word from my bank about CC transaction I'll ask what service they offer for out going payment too. I sure don't feel like sending out checks though, maybe they have some easy form of echeck.
I also think that AlertPay is the best alternative to paypal. They provide withdrawal to indian credit cards. I used alertpay once. The main problem with them is support and withdrawal processing time. They complete every withdrawal in around 5-7 days to indian cc
wow then its a good one how much charge for such withdrawals ? they charge just 50 cents per US bank withdrawals
That could be a problem... As it is, I hear from my vendors that waiting a few days for customer confirmation of completions is too long if they have to wait another 5-7 days for payment they might not like it. To me it might be worth it if I get rid of PP.
Withdrawal on credit cards?? Then how you get real cash in your hand. How the withdrawal comes on your credit card, is it cash credit on credit card statement or only we can spend it on purchases through credit card. Can we also withdraw through international debit cards. Pls. also share which Indian bank credit card works for you on Alertpay and total charges. Thanks.
My biggest issue with AlertPay is their chargeback policy. They don't dispute chargebacks and they charge you $37 for such action by a rogue client.
