First I don't understand their payment schedule. I've read it twice and first it says you can get paid by the week, then every two weeks. But also it must take about 3 weeks to actually get paid for a 2 week period. Am I right? Secondly, I've figured out all the promotional items except the "Rfnd". Is this the amount of refunds requested? I noticed one program I wanted to buy said Rfnd 84.0%. Its been refunded 84% of the buys? Can anyone answer these basic questions? Thanks so much! Pennie77
You probably saw something like 'Rfd', which means the number of referred people that made purchase for the product. It represented the percentage of affiliates that made sales, as opposed to sales which didn't have an affiliate
Clickbank pays every two weeks and it takes around another week to actually get the money, depends on where you actually live.
Ok pennie77 welcome, first off refd is basically telling you where exactly the sales for that particular product are coming from, the lower it is really is a sign that the sales are mostly coming from the product owner. Now as for the cheque's when I was getting them I was paid every two weeks which you can check in the reporting section tab of your own clickbank account to see when its paid, after that date it took a further two weeks for me to receive my clickbank commissions. I am being paid by direct deposit now straight into my bank account which is much better and saves me having to cash cheques all the time. However you will have to wait if you have only joined up with clickbank I think as far as I can remember that you have to receive three paper cheques before you can get direct deposit set up, in order to receive your first clickbank check you need to receive sales made by three different methods such as mastercard, visa, paypal. Hope this helps.
Here's my tip, don't promote products in the forex trading, or make money online niches, in fact don't promote any product that will supposedly make the customer rich. Firstly, products in the general 'make money' niche do not usually end up benefitting said customer, and as such the refund rate is much greater than a lot of the more useful products you will find on ClickBank. Secondly, these niches are generally quite saturated/competitive so you'll have a hard time driving traffic to them. What you want to do is look for a product related to your interests, that you'd be interested in buying, then buy it, if it turns out to be crap then get a refund, if it's great then you can start promoting it. Just my 2 pence.
