I need someone who won't show me the package of seo-overoptimized dead sites, but will try to find all the opportunities, from articles on news sites via blogposts to Squidoo. Someone who can make reviews, negotiate with webmasters, look for different niche blogs. The second issue - what's the best copywriting strategy for creating quality site reviews. Is this type of posting is popular nowaday?

When it comes to reviews, go into as much detail as you possibly can. Go to Amazon and check out some of the lengthy reviews there and look at the headlines and the body copy of the reviews and note how helpful they are.
