Im in Desperate need of help...i can't fix my Firefox

Ok...

Ive reinstalled it about 10 X and still nothing..

Is there anyone out there who might be able to help me?

Whats wrong with it?

 

A few more details might be needed here, like what exactly is it doing?

 

When i open firefox.... its says...

..."Unable to Connect"

I reinstalled it about 10 X and still nothing.

It is the latest version of firefox, i believe 2.008 or perhaps 2.009

Any help with this is very much appreciated!

What ad-on's do you have downloaded for FF?

 

firewall is off, i dont think i have any add ons.. There is also in the programs file... 2 firefox's and one has (SafeMode) Maybe this means somethign?

Thats strange.

I can't think of anything it could be then.

Might want to consider downloading Opera. Or just use IE.

 

What would be an example of an Add on?

Any add on you have downloaded. For example Adblock, or the web developer toolbar.

 

Sounds really strange to me.

I can't even guess without more info.

I guess you are using Windows? How are you accessing the forum? Internet Explorer?
