That is not the exactly correct. As you are in China and unless you are an US Citizen or you have an US Bank account, you can't recieve $ in your bank account. In fact a Non-us Citizen or Bank account holder cannot have $ with him/her or in his bank account. Keeping foreign currency is a crime in almost all country.

Probably the happenings with you are: As PayPal has its local agencies in many country, PayPal China Ltd or Pvt Ltd or Pty Ltd (An Agent company registered in China) sends the fund in your local currency to your Bank Account. At this mid the PayPal China Agent Company converts(works as the broker of $) your withdrawal $ into your local currency.

You can check it when you make an withdrawal request from PayPal. You will see the Money conversion status at the status of that withdrawal. Have a deep look, you will get the exact point.

No honey, you are completely WRONG. I have proof of what I talk, check below. However it must be the case in your country, as per in China, I do receive US dollars in my bank account from paypal. I have an option of withdrawing money in either dollars or in my local curreny, RMB :)

That $35 is the SWIFT Transfer fee, which is applicable to all over the world, more or less in rate. And that Swift transfer automatically does the $ conversion to your currency. By no mean you cannot recieve US Dollar or any other country's currency in your bank account. In fact you will recieve your own currency after the conversion. Hopefully now you have got the point.

If you still in doubt kindly show me your bank account's insight like thi, that you have recieved dollars, not your local currency.

Everybody using PayPal withdraws $ to their bank account. But all recieves their local currency only at their bank account. This is the Rule of all banks, regardless to any country.

Well, I dont have to prove myself to anyone here. This was the paypal transaction of the $35 charges which you were saying weird about, in your first comment in this thread.
Check this out below, this is true, we do have the same privileges as the US account holder has.

    Are you from China ?
