Here is my problem- I got a friend who does a column for my site. In the start i thought it would be great but now i have realised that its affecting my site. Becuase in the community, his name is kinda not the best(which i didnt know earlier) . My site is turned out to be really good and people are loving it expect that this person is writing the column. Now i need to tell him to STOP for obvious reasons. Please suggest me how i should go ahead in doing that in a proper way because he is a really close friend of mine Thanks
Is this the rite section for this Why dont you just tell him the matter if he is a good friend he will agree too maybe i didnt understand the problem myself correct me if im wrong
This is a really tough spot to be in. You stand a good chance at losing a friend. But you knew all that. If it was a really good friend that I wanted to keep, I might set him up his own site on some spare space. A good friend is worth the few $ per year that a domain would cost. Install word press for him, let him write one last article about how he is starting his own site..........You get the idea. Then if he runs it into the ground or gets bored with it you are not to blame. The only other option is to try and explain that it just is not working out. Good luck. EDIT: guess the section is wrong. A mod can move the thread.
really sorry for posting it in the wrong forum...really don't know where to move it. Mods please do the same Thanks for the suggestion but here is the thing, my site is kinda niche and since he has kinda bad reputation, he through my site wanted to set a mark and things on similar line so i dont think a blog for himself is what he's looking for ADVICE, ADVICE!
