I'm I totally safe from ban ? Is my website against TOS ?

    Hi friends,

    Please see attachement.
    I made a small website, about 5 pages. It's totally based on a google custom search.
    I'm just wondering, will I be banned because of it ? Many say that a google custom search will need a content on your website, so I made a small link section and a bookmark.
    I also add a new privacy policy, and I will not use google logo.

    So is that ok ? Is my website totally safe from being banned ?

    All others thing are ok but not sure about header links (google.com other service etc)
