Hello Everyone, Can someone please help me? I use Gmail to log to my adsense account for about 1 yr now with no problems and 2 days ago I tried logging into my adsense account and is not accepting my logging information after 1 year? Why? I even tried my Gmail mail account and is the same problem there too, I can not access my gmail MAIL either. How do I change my entire logging info on adsense without having to log in since it won't let me? I already filled out a form online from google to let them know that I have no way of accessing my gmail account to reset password and all but all I got was a "thanks for filling the form out... if we need to contact you, we will let you know"....uh, I still need logging help Any advice on how to change my logging on adsense since I can not access it? Well, the good news is that it is probably not an adsense ban, since they would not disable your email account in that way if that were the case. It may be that someone accessed your account, however, and changed the password - which would be very concerning. I would try to reset you gmail account first - there is a link underneath the login area which should help you doing this. Other than going through google, I know of no other way to change login information.
My prediction on this is that somebody else had changed your logging information. If you are having this type of habit be sure the next time around, lock your account to avoid this problem.
May be you forgot your password. If you are banned google will accept your credentials, but will give you message about your ban. I suppose you should find some way to reset your password or contact google support

Thanks everyone, You've given me great information! I'll try them all. I have tried reseting my Gmail password account but my security question is not accepting my answer which I've had for 1 yr. I hope nobody has access my adsense account as I constantly have hundreds of dollars monthly coming in :-( Thanks again and I'll return with updates on this dilemma Ms. Pearl
