    Guys,

I'm gonna make a withdrawal probably by tomorrow. I haven't submitted my PAN Card details. Could that be a problem when withdrawing?

How would you access your account without submitting the PAN card details? Just go ahead and submit it first, or try a PAN card of some other house member

I think your transaction would go through... but if Paypal decides to implement PAN requirement from 1st of April which is today... then you probably will get a warning for the same... on Paypal page itself! So.. if you do not see any such information, you surely can go ahead and do the withdrawal! :)

There is a directive by government of India to implement PAN disclosure in each and every transaction from 1st of April... in the absence of which they intend to charge a penalty tax of 20% on them! I was just putting one and one... together and of course as pointed out by DON, I had stated 'if' paypal decides to toe the line of GOI... you will need it!

Well I would suggest you to submit PAN details before you ask for any withdraw. You never know when PayPal gonna start matching the PAN details with bank account and I am sure you dun want to be that unlucky one. :)

    Thanks

Are you going to withdraw as a cheque or to direct bank transfer. i have requested a cheque and received it yesterday, without adding my PAN details. So sure u can received cheque, because, once you drop your cheque for clearance in any bank it will be indexed to IT department. I think similar thing to bank transfer, so you will get your money without any trouble. But this won't be going like this for long. Paypal will fix a deadline for adding PAN details. So add it soon...
