    Main Question:

Im just afraid to do it because most of the website I see it is from a big company. I just made a blog and looks like doesnt right. If no, what is the punishment to me or to my blog (LOL)? Yes or No please with details.

    Additional Question 1:

I always the word "DCMA" too and I think its all about copyright too? Details please?

    Additional Question 2:

Im using blogger for my blog. Im planning to remove the footer "Powered by Blogger" and Im going to register to adsense in the future. Am i doing right again? I cant take it anymore because I feel my blog doesnt look like professional everytime I visit my blog and see it.

    Thanks ^_^

When you write it (in the USA) it is copyright material.....

When dealing with those other sites.... check their terms of service....:)

Anything you publish on your blog is copyrighted, but you can add:

    Copyright (c) 2012 Joe Smith

(You can also use the copyright symbol instead of the (c) - use © in your HTML)

You don't have to explain DCMA on your site, but you should give an email address to which people can send take-down requests.

You can always do this without any penalty, regardless of the size of your website. It doesn't make a difference though, as your content is already copyrighted.
