I have one piece of advice and it is the most important thing you can do... control and eliminate fraud!

Incentive sites are being removed from many networks due to the massive fraud problem they can generate. The most successful, long-term, progressive incentive sites are supported by netwokrs because the control fraud.

Don't be tempted by the quick buck as networks can see it a mile off.

I've sent you a PM, but then I decided that the information can be useful for others too.

    So,

    - Do you have enough incentivized offers?
    - Do you offer post back?
    - Do you pay with Paypal?
    - Net terms? Net 15? Net 30?
    - What is the average conversion rate? ( If you can share)

Dave is bang on the money with this one. Other tips are think about how you plan to market it to consumers e.g. kidstart - save for your kids future, greasypalm - making you loads of money, Quidco - well they just have loads of money to throw at this so can offer the full commission to the consumer you may not be in that position

Remember there are a lot of big players in this area so you need to have an angle.

    1) Yes, we have a good number of incentive offers.

    2) Unfortunately not unless you use SOAP/Web services.

    3) Yes

    4) Net-30

    5) Absolutely depends on the individual campaign.

    Hope that helps :)

Check out my site Relative Cash.com. I have an incentive site that has been in business for almost two years now and I think that that site will help you find the right networks to work with. PM me for help if you need. THanks!

As Affiliace has said, the most important thing you can keep an eye on and monitor at all times is your incentive site members. You would be surprise with how many members you may get that do fraud. The end result is that you would get chuck of your CPA network and it will also help to damage the incentive industry further. So monitor each member, sometimes you can get members signing up a few times, doing false leads, etc.
