Yo, a year ago i developed a strange system i thought it could sell. Today nearly a year after its release date is completely dead and sold only 2 copies in the days where there was some initial traffic. I couldn't make marketing for it because its something nobody wants and its mostly a reinvention of what was done before thousands of times (reinventions would work 4 years ago but not today). never good to quit on something your good at, but just cant sell especially in regards to the web its pretty much the future so why quit?
What is your site actually? I cannot access it.. If this can't sell,why not you give it as bonus to your customer?

ok..i think it was a category/content manager system..google helped me to find it I would tell you to do something specific rather than go general. Something like an ecommerce script, affiliate website script or a script that is hot in demand. In the business section ask people what type of script/softwares are they looking as a webmaster. You will find that there are many options to choose from. Look above. We all are encouraging you to go on. This is the quality of DP community. Get up and get going. Winners never Quit. You can build your own mailing list by just giving away some of your product. What to do with the mailing list? Market to them. Just a suggestion.
